Br. Ali Bilal, husband of Sr. Linda Bilal, passed away in Tampa this week. ‘Aza (memorial service) will be held on Saturday, starting at 6:00pm, in the ICC Community Hall: 152 E. Steels Corners Rd, Cuyahoga Falls. Light meal will be served.
Br. Jamal Attareb, father of Brs. Mohammed and Asem Attareb, passed away in Youngstown this week

In case of death
- Choose only one family member or friend to co-ordinate with the Social Welfare Committee.
- Do not call any funeral home.
- Let not multiple family members co-ordinate with the Social Welfare Committee.
The Social Welfare Committee is run by dedicated volunteers to help you with Islamic rituals of preparing the deceased for burial and with burial at the Muslim cemetery.
Funeral prayers will be held at the Islamic Center of Akron and Kent after daily prayers. We try to schedule the prayers after Dhuhr or Jumuah prayers and leave for cemetery immediately after the prayers.
